Esther · Sovereign Intelligence · Roadmap

Intelligence under authority.

For such a time as this.Esther 4:14

Esther is a first-party AI platform we are designing to run without commercial model providers as its foundation. StoneAI would govern its authority, and every consequential action would leave signed evidence.

Status: Roadmap. Esther is in early development. It is not available to customers, and nothing on this page describes a running product. What runs today is StoneAI itself — the council, signed decisions, the audit ledger, and public receipts.

Sovereign inference Roadmap

Designed so local and self-controlled model runtimes sit behind one inference boundary, and no single model vendor defines what Esther is.

One Esther core Roadmap

Designed so every surface — command line, web, and API — uses one shared core rather than separate, incompatible runtimes.

Fail-closed authority Roadmap

Designed so an unknown identity, an ungranted capability, or a revoked credential denies a privileged action by default — and Esther cannot change the controls that govern it.

The bar we have set · Roadmap

Remove every external provider credential. Esther must still run.

That is the acceptance test Esther has to pass before we call it sovereign: surface → gateway → core → self-controlled inference → StoneAI governance → signed evidence. Until it passes, Esther stays on the roadmap.
